- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been frauded twice in the last month because they never closed my card that got frauded the first time like they said they would! Over $400 was frauded and then they put a $1000 hold on my account which put me in the negatives and then they charged me an overdraft fee even though they're the ones who overdrafted me! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service through the drive thru window. You need to have someone nicer and more helpful at the teller window. She's messed up two of our deposits to this date, she will sit there while the canister has been there and on top of that it seems like she purposefully takes forever to complete the transactions (there will not no one in the drive thru and she'll just be sitting there, I'm averaging about 7 minutes at the drive thru). It's getting ridiculous. Today she sends me back a deposit slip with the total on it and then tells me to fill the rest out and she already had done the deposit because our slip was completed. Well she had all the info to complete the transaction in the first place. Not all your tellers are bad but this one is making it very hard to want to do business with you. I'm tired of the constant game playing with your one teller. I want to be in and out and everyone else is polite and quick. I am dreading going to the bank because of her and I have never had problems with anyone else. I'm considering going inside just to avoid her. And if she's like that with me I can't imagine how many others are frustrated. A little customer service goes a LONG way.By Britny Cottrell, December 01, 2016
