- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our attorney, David Morgan rates an A+ with me for his outstanding service and expertise handling the recovery of our recent auto accident. Just returning home one week after serving a volunteer mission for our church, we were rear-ended and injured by an under-insured motorist. Mr. Morgan was thoughtful to meet with us at our home after we called, as he knew we were recovering. I was impressed with how clearly he gave us a "road-map", time-line, and realistic estimate of the funds he calculated we would be receiving. What was especially gratifying is the outcome almost doubled the original estimate! He was tenacious in our behalf to explore every avenue of reimbursement with the insurance companies, Medicare, and communicated with all the medical services and paid our bills from the funds received. It was a relief to not worry and have to deal with all the intricacies of this case. Every question I had or phone call I made to Mr. Morgan and his staff was promptly answered.
