  Ryan has been our insurance agent for several years for home, auto, as well as facilitating insurance for my home business. What first impressed me about Ryan was his ability to offer us better coverage at a cheaper price than we were paying previously. But what keeps me as his customer is his impeccable moral character and complete honesty: I know that I can always trust what he says and that he has my best interests in mind. Plus, Ryan meets with me annually to review my insurance to make sure everything is where it should be, which gives me great peace of mind. Ryan is a top-notch individual, a very skilled and knowledgeable professional, and he truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend him!

  Ryan has been the most attentive and involved insurance agents that I have ever had. His customer service is second to none and the Farm Bureau company as a whole seems as though they care more about their clients than just preserving the bottom line. I absolutely recommend Ryan to anyone who wants to have hassle free experience with their home and auto insurance.

  I have never had an insurance agent like Ryan before. Most of my exchanges with previous agents are just getting a quote and getting signed up. However, despite not having any changes in my driving record or much of anything else, my rates kept going up without much of an explanation. I shopped for quotes from some of the bigger name insurance companies, but the rates were even higher for some. Just googling insurance companies came up with Farm Bureau, and Ryan had all 5 star ratings. I thought it would be worth getting a quote and when he called me back, he quoted me coverage that was double what I had for far better rates than any other company out there. He went over a lot of the coverage that I would have that others didn't provide. I came in to sign the paperwork and he answered every question I had, even about worst case scenarios about anything and everything--even situations from when I was a renter. I have never had any agent really explain to me what my coverage was beyond the very very basics. He even gave me tips on things to check when I got home. I really felt like he wasn't out to just try to sell me something just to get my business, but genuinely took pride in what he does in educating his clients. If something does happen, I feel like I can definitely rely on him to be there for any questions or concerns. I am actually still dealing with my previous insurance company, which seems to have misplaced documents and even my records since I've been with them. But shoutouts to Amy too, who patiently faxed cancellation papers to them multiple times and even checked with them to make sure it was received. Thank you guys both for stellar service and I am definitely happy to have switched.

  Ryan is awesome. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he is great guy to boot. He makes talking about insurance actually entertaining for once and great at relaying the pertinent information for each of his clients. Just an all around good guy. Farm Bureau is also a great insurance company and you get a lot more coverage for you dollar. I would and do recommend him to anybody with insurance needs.
